Common use of Responsibility Allowance Clause in Contracts

Responsibility Allowance. Effective April 1, 2012, an employee who is assigned the responsibility of relieving the Director of Nursing or the Assistant Director of Nursing shall be paid a responsibility allowance of one dollar and sixty cents ($1.60) per hour.

Responsibility Allowance. Effective April 123, 20122007, an employee who is assigned the responsibility of relieving the Director of Nursing or the Assistant Director of Nursing shall be paid a responsibility allowance of one dollar and sixty fifty cents ($1.601.50) per hour.

Responsibility Allowance. Effective April 1, 20122022, an employee who is assigned the responsibility of relieving the Director of Nursing or the Assistant Director of Nursing shall be paid a responsibility allowance of one dollar and sixty ninety cents ($1.601.90) per hour.
