Common use of Responsibility Allowance Clause in Contracts

Responsibility Allowance. (i) Effective April 1, 2010, a nurse who is assigned the responsibility of relieving the Director of Care shall receive a responsibility allowance of Twelve Dollars and Fifty Cents ($12.50) per shift.
