Responsibilities of the Investment Manager. ‌ The Investment Manager shall be the agent of, and serve at the expense of, the Localities, to manage and direct the temporary investment and reinvestment of all moneys to the credit of the Proceeds Accounts pending their disbursement to the Localities and to make such computations as required by this Agreement. In general, the duties of the Investment Manager shall include those described in the SNAP Documents. In particular, the Investment Manager will direct the investment and reinvestment of moneys to the credit of the Subaccounts of each Locality in accordance with the Information Statement, the Contract and this Agreement.
