Responsibilities of the Chair. The Chair is not a member of the Contract Group. The responsibilities of the Chair are as follows:  To ensure the meetings run efficiently and effectively, which includes completing a summary of actions and recommendations at the end of each meeting.  To facilitate discussions and ensure adequate input from all members and, preferably, consensus recommendations.  To determine appropriate actions where a perceived or actual conflict of interest is identified that may impact on the effectiveness of the group  To avoid actions and recommendations agreed at a meeting being re-litigated at a later date unless there is a relevant change of circumstances.  Managing member behaviour that does not align with this Terms of Reference, including revoking membership from the Contract Group if needs be as a last resort.

  • Responsibilities of the Contractor The Contractor shall provide all technical and professional expertise, knowledge, management, and other resources required for accomplishing all aspects of the tasks and associated activities identified in the Scope of Work. In the event that the need arises for the Contractor to perform services beyond those stated in the Scope of Work, the Contractor and the City shall negotiate mutually agreeable terms and compensation for completing the additional services.
