Responsibilities of Facility. A. To abide by all pertinent rules and regulations of the Department. Delivery of a copy of said rules and regulations to the Applicant shall constitute due notice and knowledge by the Applicant of said rules and regulations. That said rules and regulations contained in the current Handbook for Intermediate Care Facilities for Individuals with an Intellectual Disability prepared and circulated by the Department are made a part of this agreement. Delivery to the Applicant of new, amended, or revised rules and regulations shall constitute due notice thereof, and the Applicant agrees to abide by said rules and regulations.

Within ten (10) business days following the end of each calendar month during the Term, or such other period of time mutually agreed upon by the parties hereto, Therapy Source shall furnish to Facility an electronic invoice that will be available in TSI Client Portal setting forth the total number of hours worked for Facility by Therapists and each such Therapist's hourly rate; with a total calculation for the costs of services for the preceding month. Therapy Source will have electronic invoicing available through our TSI Client Portal, this will be Therapy Source’s primary delivery of invoicing unless specified otherwise. It will be the Facilities responsibility to access to the invoicing through the Client Portal.
