Responsibilities of City. A. City agrees to provide Contractor with any and all documents necessary to identify the locations and condition of the property for aerial application, including, but not limited to, maps, and GPS coordinates; and to obtain for Contractor the authorization of the owner to apply aerial mosquito control pesticides for the purpose of conducting Contractor’s work thereon.
