Key Responsibilities The Philanthropic Lead is new project role responsible for the fundraising and management of key internal and external relationships and deliverables primarily for Cancer Wellness Services and Gobbé Wellness Centre including: Manage and maintain philanthropic relationships with supporters, sponsors, volunteers, auxiliaries – friends of oncology, funding bodies and broader community Develop a culture of philanthropy aligned to our values, as a professional fundraiser To support and work closely with the Manager, Fundraising & Foundation and team on planning, donor mapping and specific donor engagement plans, strategies and budgeting Manage and maintain ongoing relationships with key funders such Dry July Foundation to deliver and expand participation in campaigns such as Dry July. Identify new and leverage existing funding opportunities with charitable organisations, grant bodies, managing the application and acquittal processes. Develop and implement community fundraising and tailor supporter engagement initiatives, managing expectations and agreed deliverables such as recognition to thank and acknowledge supporters appropriately in line with their contributions. Work collaboratively with internal teams to promote and grow revenue through showcasing Bendigo Health’s Wellness Services. Represent Bendigo Health Fundraising & Foundation at community forums and fundraising initiatives. Other duties as directed as part of a dynamic Fundraising & Foundation team. The Clergy Team will consist of those stipendiary and non-stipendiary clergy in Peterborough City holding licence under the authority of the Xxxxxx of Toronto. The Incumbents/Priests-in-Charge of the four congregations together will be responsible for seeking opportunities for shared worship, pastoral care and Christian education. One of the priests will be appointed as Co-ordinating Chair of the Clergy by the Area Xxxxxx in consultation with the priests. They will meet for mutual support and regular planning as mutually determined.

Key Responsibilities In a multi-disciplinary integrated community mental health team, and under the direction of the Team Psychiatrist, Senior Clinician and Manager: • Provide intake coordination, assessment and clinical treatment, including crisis assessment, intensive treatment, case management and support for patients, their families and carers • Participate in a range of bio-psycho-social treatment modalities in both individual and group settings in the community • In consultation with the patient, family and carer(s), and other care providers, formulate, negotiate, document, monitor and maintain an Individual Service Plan (ISP) for each patient of the service, and complete other documentation, including Outcome Measures, as per service policy • Identify, engage and include other key community agencies and service providers involved in the provision of rehabilitation, recovery, support, and discharge planning consistent with the patients and family/carer(s) needs • Participate in community consultation, awareness and education activities and develop community resources to increase the understanding of psychiatric disorders and service delivery models in the community • Participate in Multi-disciplinary Team processes and provide sound discipline specific advice to other clinicians within the team and guidance to more junior staff and students • Depending on service requirements work flexible hours, including weekends, as directed • Perform other duties as directed Generic Responsibilities
