Response to Requests. The District will furnish all prepared written materials requested by the Federation within ten (10) working days. For materials not in written form, the District will respond in writing as to the availability and probable date of distribution.

AstraZeneca shall have the exclusive right to respond to all questions or requests for information about a Co-Promoted Product made by any medical professionals or any other Person to Targacept or its sales representatives that (i) warrant a response beyond the understanding or knowledge of such sales representative or (ii) are beyond the scope of the product labels and inserts or other Promotional Materials for such Co-Promoted Product (a “PIR”).

Each party shall, upon a request from the other party sufficiently identifying any Patent or Patent application, inform the other party as to the extent to which said Patent or Patent application is subject to the licenses and other rights granted hereunder. If such licenses or other rights under said Patent or Patent application are restricted in scope, copies of all pertinent provisions of any contract or other arrangement creating such restrictions shall, upon request, be furnished to the party making such request, unless such disclosure is prevented by such contract or other arrangement, and in such event, a statement of the nature of such restriction shall be provided.
Response to Requests. Seller shall, upon a request from Purchaser sufficiently identifying any Patent or Patent application, inform Purchaser as to the extent to which said Patent or Patent application is subject to the licenses and other rights granted hereunder.
Response to Requests. Within ten (10) days after receiving the Interconnect Notice, PROVIDER shall respond with its acceptance or objections to the proposed interconnection. PROVIDER will use commercially reasonable efforts to accommodate the request to establish a Route Segment within thirty (30) days of its acceptance of the proposed interconnection unless a longer period of time to establish the entrance is stated in PROVIDER’s acceptance. Notwithstanding the foregoing, PROVIDER may restrict any work establishing an interconnection to a planned service work period. Interconnection of Buildings not interconnected to PROVIDER’s network on the Route Segment will be considered on a case-by- case basis. PROVIDER may decline to make a requested connection at their sole discretion.

Within ten (10) working days after receipt of such notice an initial meeting with the Association President and/or negotiation chair will be scheduled for the purpose of setting a date for exchanging proposals. Proposals for negotiations shall be written and in detail. Exchanging of packages shall take place within thirty (30) days unless time lines are extended by mutual agreement. Once packages are exchanged, no new item can be submitted by either party unless mutually agreed upon.
