RESPONSE TO AUDIT. Buyer shall not be prohibited from providing copies of this Order, including any other document incorporated into this Order, to federal, state, or other regulatory agencies as requested by either Xxxxx’s or government auditors to comply with auditing procedures.
RESPONSE TO AUDIT. 18.1 The Buyer shall have access to and the right to examine any of the Seller's directly pertinent records involving transactions related to this Contract and to interview any current employee regarding such transactions. This requirement may not be construed to require the Seller to create or maintain any record that the Seller does not maintain in the ordinary course of business or pursuant to a provision of law. The Seller shall make available at its office at all reasonable times the records, materials, and other evidence for examination, audit, or reproduction, until three (3) years after final payment under this Contract or for any longer period required by other Clauses of this Contract.
