Response Method. Upon receipt of a Case, a TSO member will communicate to the Internal Technical Representative by email to assist with the Case and report the status of GREENLIGHT’s efforts to correct an Error.
Response Method. Vendors are required to submit an original copy with an original signature. For the RFQ to be accepted it must have an original signature. The RFQ response must be received in the Purchasing Office by 3:00 p.m., Pacific Standard Time, on November 8, 2012. The RFQ may be delivered by the U.S. Postal Service or other means of transportation to the mailing address. The College is not responsible for the method or timeliness of delivery. Post marks or other time stamps do not meet the requirement for the RFQ to be in the Purchasing Office by the specified date.
