Late work will only be accepted from students who have excused absences (one day for each day missed). - Be in class on time and ready to work: Bring 2 pens, 2 pencils, 2 notebooks, (or a notebook and a binder with loose paper). - Do your best on all class assignments and contribute to class activities. - Take responsibility for your own success or failure. Don’t play the “blame game.” Consequences for Negative Behavior - First: Students engaging in negative behavior will be asked to stop that behavior. - Second: If a student needs to be told a second time to stop a negative behavior, the student’s parent will be contacted and will serve a detention after school on the following day. - Third: Students not willing to stop a negative behavior will be sent to the office. Parents or guardians will also be contacted, and students will serve an additional detention.
