RESOURCE GUIDE DEVELOPMENT Sample Clauses

The RESOURCE GUIDE DEVELOPMENT clause outlines the responsibilities and procedures for creating a resource guide as part of an agreement or project. Typically, this clause specifies which party is responsible for developing the guide, the timeline for its completion, and the standards or content requirements it must meet. For example, it may require the guide to include step-by-step instructions, best practices, or reference materials relevant to the subject matter. The core function of this clause is to ensure that a comprehensive and useful resource guide is produced, providing clear guidance and support to users or stakeholders and helping to standardize processes or knowledge transfer.

Within 30 calendar days of the United States approving the guide, the University will provide the United States with documentation that it has published the guide, including a link to where the guide is posted on the University’s website, and information about the locations and personnel on campus who have the guide available to students, including but not limited to all firs...
