Resource Assumptions. The Principals recognize that CIFER Consortium deliverables can only be achieved with adequate resources allocated and directed towards achieving architectural and functional feature requirements. A separate Appendix will be created and amended to this base document outlining the resource expectations for each Principal. (either project or institutional partner) The daily assignments, project objectives, and performance feedback for any in-kind contributed staff will come from the assigned CIFER Consortium Director or their designate. If there is a gap in the in-kind resource commitment Principals agree to substitute cash for the in-kind contributed resources. Principals will fulfill that gap with cash equivalent at the nominal rate indicated in the next section. Principals shall also pay for necessary travel required for resources to meet face to face periodically. Resource Estimations Contributions can be in the form of cash, software and/or other Intellectual Property contributions, or in-kind FTE’s. The duration of each cash or in-kind FTE contribution shall be clearly identified with a start and end date and nominal amount. In-kind FTE contributions should be nominalized to one of two cash equivalent levels. ($120,000 per year for a junior resource and $140,000 for a senior resource) The Consortium Director should be consulted for help in determining the nominal cash level to use for a proposed in-kind FTE contribution. Implementation Intent The Principal organizations listed in the following Appendixes affirm their intent to implement the various IAM open source software that the CIFER Consortium supports as releases become ready for production and meet local priorities for migration. Appendix A – XXX Project The XXX Project agrees to provide and align its XXX code base as Background IP (as defined in the CIFER Consortium Charter) property. The XXX project agrees to align the XXX code towards overall CIFER Consortium goals. Alignment means, to the greatest extent possible, collaborating with the CIFER Consortium on making the XXX code standards based and interoperable with other CIFER Aligned Projects. The XXX Project Partners jointly agree to allocate existing or new project resources to participate in the CIFER Consortium according to the following conditions.   • For Product Development Projects and Project Demonstrations  Published documents, including date, title, and periodical name.  Estimated or actual energy and cost savings, and estimated statewide energy savings once market potential has been realized. Discuss whether the goals and objectives of the Agreement have been met and what improvements are needed, if any.

  • Price Adjustments for OGS Centralized Contracts Periodic price adjustments will occur no more than twice per year on a schedule to be established solely by OGS. Pricing offered shall be fixed for the first twelve (12) months of the Contract term. Such price increases will only apply to the OGS Centralized Contracts and shall not be applied retroactively to Authorized User Agreements or any Mini-bids already submitted to an Authorized User. Price Decreases Price decreases may be made at any time. Additionally, some price decreases shall be calculated in accordance with Appendix B, section 17, Pricing.

  • NON-STATE AGENCIES PARTICIPATION IN CENTRALIZED CONTRACTS New York State political subdivisions and others authorized by New York State law may participate in Centralized Contracts. These include, but are not limited to local governments, public authorities, public school and fire districts, public and nonprofit libraries, and certain other nonpublic/nonprofit organizations. See "Participation in Centralized Contracts" in Appendix B, General Specifications January 2015 22772 Project Based Information Technology Consulting (Statewide). Upon request, all eligible non-State agencies must furnish Contractors with the proper tax exemption certificates and documentation certifying eligibility to use State contracts.   • OGS Centralized Contract Modifications OGS, an Authorized User, or the Contractor may suggest modifications to the Centralized Contract or its Appendices. Except as specifically provided herein, modifications to the terms and conditions set forth herein may only be made with mutual written agreement of the Parties. Modifications may take the form of an update or an amendment. “
