Resource. A family-type resource or an intermediate resource within the meaning of the AHSSS and to which the Act respecting the representation of resources applies.
Resource. Home Location shall be subject to voluntary inspection /verification, as agreed upon by the Parties, by Supplier or AT&T representative if AT&T information/resource is present. The Supplier resource must notify AT&T/Supplier of any changes in Resource Home Location.
Resource. As a problem solver and educator/instructor, the SRO will assist the District in identifying environmental changes that can reduce crime and/or other negative conduct, such as bullying, in or around the Schools. The SRO may be called upon to assist in educating staff and students about crimes in which students are especially likely to be offenders or victims, such as vandalism, shoplifting, and sexual assault by acquaintances, etc.

Resource nurses who work a minimum of six (6) shifts per four-week work schedule at the request of the Employer, as defined in Article 24 of the parties’ Agreement, shall receive a differential of $4.00 per hour. Resource nurses in the Float Pool shall not be eligible for any of the differentials set forth in Sections 24.3.1 through 24.3.3.
Resource. If any scheduled Services require provision of Keyloop personnel but are cancelled (including the reduction of a scheduled service period or scheduled number of consultants) or delayed by Client with less than two (2) months’ prior written notice then Keyloop reserves the right to levy additional Fees against the Client.
Resource. Each spring, secondary building administrators will meet with special education resource teachers and a special education administrator from Student Services to discuss the special education service delivery model and continuum of services. Administrators will make every effort to maintain resource class sizes under twenty (20) students in an effort to aid in service delivery. The continuum of services may include co-taught classes, special education classes, learning labs and/or specially designed instruction (SDI) /push-in period. Decisions should be reviewed annually and determined based on student needs, least restrictive environment considerations, state and federal guidelines, compliance requirements as interpreted and communicated by Student Services and must be within the annual special education staffing allocation.

Resource. Regular education classroom instruction for most of the school day, with special education services and programs provided by special education personnel in a resource classroom for part of the school day.

An Interconnection Customer’s device of 20 MW or less for the production and/or storage for later injection of electricity identified in an Interconnection Request, but shall not include the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities. This term shall include Energy Storage Resources, as defined in Attachment K of this Agreement, and/or other devices for storage for later injection of energy.
