If the complaint is upheld Warwickshire Music will refund the School for any missedlessons and the SLA may be terminated by mutual agreement.

The parties pledge themselves to negotiate in good faith on such matters as have been enumerated in the Agreement and, in the event of the failure to reach understanding, to use in good faith mediatory facilities.
