Resolving Differences. 1. If agreement is not reached within thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of the Agreement, either party may request mediation. A mediator shall be obtained as soon as possible through the Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service (FMCS), in accordance with their rules and regulations.
