Common use of Resolution of Discrepancies Clause in Contracts

Resolution of Discrepancies. The Fiscal Agent or the Registrar will promptly assist the ICSDs (through the Common Service Provider) in resolving any discrepancy identified in the IOA of Notes any NGN Temporary Global Notes or NGN Permanent Global Notes or in the records reflecting the IOA of any Global Note held under the NSS.

Resolution of Discrepancies. The Fiscal Principal Paying Agent or the Registrar will promptly assist the ICSDs (through the Common Service Provider) in resolving any discrepancy identified in the IOA of Notes any NGN Temporary Global Notes or NGN Permanent Global Notes or in the records reflecting the IOA of any Global Note held under the NSS.
