Resignation of All Other Positions. Upon termination of Service Provider’s service for any reason, Service Provider and Executive shall be deemed to have resigned from all positions that Service Provider or Executive holds as an officer of the Company or any affiliate of the Company, and from all positions that either holds as a member of the Board of Directors (or a committee thereof) or the board of directors (or a committee thereof) of any subsidiary or affiliate of the REIT, unless otherwise mutually agreed with the Board of Directors, and shall take all actions reasonably requested by the Company to effectuate the foregoing.
