Common use of Resignation by the Executive Clause in Contracts

Resignation by the Executive. The Executive shall have the right to terminate this Agreement upon giving CHC at least six (6) months prior written notice of resignation. CHC may, at its option, waive such notice and if it does so, the Executive shall be deemed to have resigned as of the date CHC waives such notice. The Executive shall have no further right or entitlement against CHC following the effective date of his resignation
