Common use of Residents Clause in Contracts

Residents. “OCCUPANTS”. The unit will be occupied only by you and (list all other occupants under the age of eighteen (18) not signing the Lease Agreement): «occupant_names» No one else may occupy the unit. No person over the age of eighteen (18) years old may be listed as an “occupant,” but rather must be qualified as, and be listed above as, a resident. Persons not listed above must not stay at in the unit for more than 10 consecutive days without our prior written consent, and no more than twice that many days in any one month.
