Residents’ Committee. The residents of Village may form a Residents’ Committee under the retirement village laws.

Residents’ Committee. The Residents’ Committee must consider the views and interests of yourself, each of the Other Residents, the Developer and ourselves. The Residents’ Committee may make submissions to us or the Advisory Board on any matter including those specified in Clause 3.13. The Residents’ Committee is responsible for decision making in areas of management delegated to it. Any decision, which is disputed by one or more members of the Residents’ Committee, may at the election of the member who disputes the decision, be referred to the Advisory Board for a final ruling.
Residents’ Committee. A Resident’s Committee may be elected in terms of CPOA’s “Rules Governing Residents Committees and Residents Annual Meetings”. Members of the Resident’s Committee are elected and appointed annually at a Resident’s Annual Meeting. The purpose of the committee is to work in co-operation with the manager to perform the following functions:-

  • Management Committee The Members shall act collectively through meetings as a "committee of the whole," which is hereby named the "Management Committee." The Management Committee shall conduct its affairs in accordance with the following provisions and the other provisions of this Agreement:

  • Training Committee The parties to this Agreement may form a Training Committee. The Training Committee will be constituted by equal numbers of Employer nominees and ETU employee representatives and have a charter which clearly states its role and responsibilities. It shall monitor the clauses of this Agreement which relate to training and ensure all employees have equal access to training.

  • Senior Management and Board of Directors 1. A Member State shall not require that a juridical person of that Member State appoint to senior management positions, natural persons of any particular nationality.

  • Audit Committee (A) The Audit Committee shall be composed of five members who shall be selected by the Board of Directors from its own members, none of whom shall be an officer of the Company, and shall hold office at the pleasure of the Board.

  • Executive Committee (A) The Executive Committee shall be composed of not more than nine members who shall be selected by the Board of Directors from its own members and who shall hold office during the pleasure of the Board.

  • Benefits Committee As per LOA#10, a benefits committee comprised of the employee representatives and the employer representatives, including the Crown, shall convene upon request to address all matters that may arise in the operation of the OSSTF ELHT.

  • TRANSITION COMMITTEE 8.1.0 A transition committee comprised of the employee representatives and the employer representatives, including the Crown, will be established by January 31, 2016 to address all matters that may arise in the creation of the Trust.

  • Management Board 6.1 The Management Board is responsible for the overall strategic direction of the Integrated Service. Its functions and terms of references are set out in Schedule 3 Part I to this Agreement.

  • Nurse Representatives & Grievance Committee (a) The Hospital agrees to recognize Association representatives to be elected or appointed from amongst nurses in the bargaining unit for the purpose of dealing with Association business as provided in this Collective Agreement. The number of representatives and the areas which they represent are set out in the Appendix of Local Provisions.

  • Education Committee (a) The Employer will establish an Education Committee for all employees in the facility, which shall include at least one representative from ONA members.
