Residential Use Only. The Room, VIU Student Residence property (which includes but is not limited to all VIU Student Residence buildings, parking lots and surrounding grounds, mailbox, telephone, or data connection) are for residential use only and may not be used for any commercial use except if the commercial use relates to academics (e.g. part of a co-op work position) and such use must be approved in writing by VIU on a case-by-case basis.

Residential Use Only. To use the Property as a private dwelling house only and not to carry on any profession, trade or business at the Property nor allow anyone else to do so and further not to allow the Property to be used in such a way as to change its HMO licensing status.
Residential Use Only. Unless you subscribe to a service plan that expressly permits otherwise, you agree to use the VoIP Services solely in a private residence; in living quarters in a hotel, hospital, dormitory, sorority or fraternity house, or boarding house; or in the residential portion of a premises which is used for both business and residential purposes. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, you agree to use the VoIP Services only for personal and non-commercial purposes, however, you are permitted to use the VoIP Services to make business calls that are incidental to your personal and non-commercial use of the VoIP Services. You may not resell the VoIP Services. You expressly agree not to use the VoIP Services for auto-dialing, continuous or extensive call forwarding, telemarketing, fax broadcasting or fax blasting, or for any other use that results in excessive usage inconsistent with normal residential calling patterns. If we determine, in our sole discretion, that the VoIP Services are being used in violation of this Agreement, we reserve the right to immediately and without Notice to terminate or modify the VoIP Services and to assess additional charges for each month in which excessive usage occurred.

Residential Use Only. You may use the Premises only as a place to live. You shall not use the Premises for any unlawful, improper, or offensive purpose. Storage or use of illegal drugs (as defined by state and federal law, inclusive) on or about the Premises is specifically prohibited and shall be deemed a material and irreparable breach of this Agreement and Tenant shall be responsible for all drug/Premises clean-up expenses. Commercial vehicles, trailers and RV’s shall not be parked on or near the Premises. You shall not use the Premises for any business or commercial use without prior written consent by Landlord. The Premises shall not be used for home day care of children or adults that are not Occupants. The Premises cannot be used for any purpose that increases vehicle traffic to/from the Premises or that raises Owner’s insurance premium.
