Common use of Residential Unit Clause in Contracts

Residential Unit. A single family dwelling and each unit of a multi-family dwelling having no more than three (3) units within the corporate limits of the City. A Residential Unit shall be deemed occupied when water services are being supplied thereto; except when shown otherwise. A garage apartment is separate residential unit.
