Residential Treatment Services. 1. Residential services are provided in DHCS or DSS licensed residential facilities that also have DMC certification and have been designated by DHCS as capable of delivering care consistent with ASAM treatment criteria.

Residential Treatment Services. 1. For each reauthorization request, the Contractor must submit all documentation as stated previously in Section 5.C (Referrals). As indicated, QCM will consult with the Contractor on continued eligibility, ongoing presence of Medical Necessity, and discharge planning and transition to a lower level of care (if appropriate).

The parties hereto agree that the residential treatment services provided pursuant to the terms and conditions of this Agreement shall comply with any and all applicable local, state and federal laws, regulations, standards and requirements. The residential treatment services provided pursuant to the terms and conditions of this Agreement shall include, without limitation, all of the following:
Residential Treatment Services. CONTRACTOR shall provide a non- 26 institutional, 24-hour non- medical, short-term residential program that provides rehabilitation services 27 to clients in accordance with an individualized treatment plan. These services are intended to be 28 individualized to treat the functional deficits identified in the ASAM Criteria. In the residential 29 treatment environment, an individual’s functional cognitive deficits may require treatment that is 30 primarily slower paced, more concrete and repetitive in nature. The daily regimen and structured 31 patterns of activities are intended to restore cognitive functioning and build behavioral patterns within a 32 community. Each client shall live on the premises and shall be supported in their efforts to restore, 33 maintain and apply interpersonal and independent living skills and access community support systems.

Residential Treatment Services. 24 1. CONTRACTOR shall provide to Participant a sixteen (16) bed substance use disorder 25 residential treatment program at Heritage House, and a nineteen (19) bed substance use disorder 26 residential treatment program at Heritage House North. CONTRACTOR shall provide twenty-four (24) 27 hour supervision with at least one (1) staff member on-site at all times. CONTRACTOR shall provide 28 services within the specifications stated below, unless otherwise authorized by ADMINISTRATOR. 29 Perinatal Residential Substance Use Disorder Treatment Services shall be no more than one hundred and 30 eighty (180) calendar days, without prior approval in writing by ADMINISTRATOR.
Residential Treatment Services. 24-hour residential substance abuse and mental health treatment is available for women and their children through ARH’s House on the Hill program. Up to two children under the age of five can stay in the residence with the mother.

This location must receive the similar janitorial services as specified in Triage and Detoxification Services.
