Residential Relocation principles. Where the Employer considers that it is reasonable and necessary for an Employee to move residence as a result of relocation from one work location to another, and the relocation arises from promotion or transfer as a result of an advertised vacancy, or redeployment, the Employee will be entitled to: up to three (3) days paid leave associated with the relocation; and reimbursement of reasonable expenses resulting from removal, storage and insurance; and selling and purchasing of a comparable residence (for example: fees, taxes and commissions). This will be paid directly to the supplier upon proof of receipt.
