Resident Use. The Room shall be occupied exclusively by Resident for residential use only, and the Room and the Residence Hall shall be used for no other purposes. Resident shall not use the Room or any part of the Residence Hall for any purpose other than as housing for Resident. EHS-II and Xxxx Xxx College staff may conduct such inspections as any of them deems necessary to determine whether the Room or any other portion of the Residence Hall is being used for any purpose proscribed hereby. Resident shall use and occupy the Room and the Residence Hall in compliance with applicable local, State, and Federal laws, and all policies, procedures, codes of conduct, and rules and regulations of Xxxx Xxx College, CUNY, and EHS-II, and regulations, policies and procedures applicable to the Residence Hall and occupancy of the Room, all of which are incorporated herein by reference as if set forth fully herein. Any breach or violation of any of Xxxx Xxx College or CUNY policies, procedures, codes of conduct, rules or regulations may subject Resident to Xxxx Xxx College disciplinary charges and procedures. Resident Use. To qualify for the resident rate, a majority of participants must be Petaluma residents. Tennis and pickleball programming should aim to have 85% of their participants be Petaluma residents. City staff reserve the right to request proof of residency for participants at any time.

Residents assume total responsibility for their room/suite/apartment/house and for the behavior and activities which occur within all assigned living areas. Applicants and/or residents cannot exchange money or favors for a room assignment. Failure to fulfill the terms of the above may lead to termination of this contract, removal from on-campus housing, and a community standards process resulting in a sanction, including but not limited to expulsion.

  • Resident Educator Program The four-year program is designed to provide newly licensed Ohio educators quality mentoring and guidance. Successful completion of the residency program is required to advance to a five-year professional educator license.

If the services are so rendered, such remuneration or income as is derived therefrom may be taxed in that other State.

  • Residential Use; Pets The bedroom space and apartment may be used solely for private residential purposes and for no other purposes. Resident may not carry on any business or other enterprise from the bedroom space or apartment, nor use any Owner- provided Internet connections for business purposes. Resident may place no signs, placards or other advertisement of any character in the bedroom space or apartment, nor display anything in an apartment or bedroom space that is visible from outside the Property or the apartment. Resident may not store at the Property or connect to a Property electrical outlet any mobility device owned by a third party. Pets are permitted in or about the Property only in specified buildings as Owner may in its discretion allow residents to maintain, in each case only following Owner's signature on a Pet Addendum for a single dog or cat per designated apartment, which requires payment of a registration fee and pet rent as provided in the Pet Addendum. All other pets are prohibited anywhere at the Property, except fish in small tanks to the extent approved by Owner in its sole discretion. Violation of the pet policy will subject Resident to deep-cleaning and daily administration fees in Owner’s discretion and may be considered as a termination of this Housing Agreement by Resident.
