RESIDENCY STIPEND. In the interest of supporting employees who choose to live in close proximity to the District for faster response in an emergency, the District will provide all unit members who live within a 30 mile radius of 000 Xxxxxxxxxxx Xxxx, Xxxxx Xxxx, XX 00000 a $250 per month stipend. Such stipend will be included when calculating the employee’s regular rate of pay for overtime pay, but will not be reported as compensation for purposes of pension benefits.

RESIDENCY STIPEND. Members who reside within the boundaries of Molalla River School District for the complete school year will receive an annual special pay of $850.00. This special pay will be subject to all required deductions and the net payment will be remitted in a separate check. Members who meet the residency requirement for the complete school year as a June 1st will be issued a separate check during the last regularly scheduled payroll. This benefit begins relative to the 2013-14 school year.

RESIDENCY STIPEND. If Fire Chief resides within the District boundaries, he shall receive a stipend of $2,000 per month.
RESIDENCY STIPEND. Employees who maintain their legal residence within the corporate limits of the City of Xxxxxxx shall receive a monthly residency stipend payable on a biweekly basis. The stipend shall be $200 per month.
RESIDENCY STIPEND. Effective October 1, 2019, any Employees receiving the residency stipend who reside and are domiciled on Galveston Island shall continue be paid ninety- six dollars and fifteen cents ($96.15) per pay period unless the address changes at any time. The benefit will no longer be available to any current or future employee who was not receiving the benefit prior to October 1, 2019. Employees who move away from Galveston Island will forfeit the residency stipend and will not be eligible for the benefit after the effective date. Employees may be required to show reasonable proof of residence. The City shall contribute Four and 50/100 Dollars ($4.50) per month for each year of service in the Galveston Fire Department to each employee.
RESIDENCY STIPEND. For and in consideration of all services rendered and of the covenants agreed to and entered into by the Resident under this Agreement, THMEP will pay to the Resident an annual Residency Stipend as specified in the Annual Stipend and Benefit Plan attached hereto as Attachment 1. All references to quarters or years are references to academic quarters or academic years. The Resident Stipend will be paid in equal installments according to THMEP’s usual payroll practices and schedule.

RESIDENCY STIPEND. Officers whose primary, full-time residence is located within the City of Champaign shall receive a residency stipend in the amount of $7,000 annually, to be paid on the first payroll in May each year to cover the previous 12 months (May through April). The allowance will be prorated for any officer who moves into or out of the CITY or who leaves the CITY’s employ for any reason during the year, such that the payment due to the officer shall be reduced by $585 for each whole month of the year the officer did not reside in the CITY or was not in the CITY’s employ during the previous year. The first payment will be made in May 2022 and will cover the time period of July 1, 2021 to April 30, 2022. This first payment will be prorated accordingly. Officers must provide proof of residency upon initial application for the stipend and must provide proof of ongoing residency upon request in order to remain eligible for the allowance. Officers must promptly notify the Human Resources Director of any change in address (per the provisions of Article 27.1) so that their residency stipend may be appropriately prorated if necessary. Officers who fail to notify the Human Resources Director of a change in address during the year, and who subsequently receive a residency stipend in excess of the amount to which they are entitled, shall promptly repay any amount paid to them in excess of their prorated share, and may be subject to discipline.
RESIDENCY STIPEND. In the interest of supporting employees who choose to live close to the District for faster response in an emergency, the District will provide all unit members who live within a 30-mile radius of 000 Xxxxxxxxxxx Xxxx, Xxxxx Xxxx, XX 00000 a $250 per month stipend. Effective the first full pay period in January 2023, this subsection will be modified such that the District will instead provide all unit members who live within a 30-mile driving distance of 000 Xxxxxxxxxxx Xxxx, Xxxxx Xxxx, XX 00000 a $300 per month stipend. The standard to determine eligibility shall be to calculate distance using the shortest route by miles on Google Maps. Eligibility will only be revisited/recalculated if the employee’s primary residence changes. Employees are required to promptly notify the District if their primary residence changes to avoid improper payment of residency stipends under this section. Such stipend will be included when calculating the employee’s regular rate of pay for overtime pay, but will not be reported as compensation for purposes of pension benefits.

  • Bilingual Stipend Unit members who are directed by the manager or supervisor, with the approval of the President, to use a verified bilingual ability as a regular and routine component of their assignment shall be provided a stipend of 2.0% of base salary. The District shall require testing of bilingual ability prior to authorization of the initial additional compensation.
