Residence Fees The Resident must pay the “Residence Fees” in accordance with the Rates and Payment Schedules detailed in Table 4 for the right to occupy a Room during the Term. Tables 2, 3 and 4 also detail additional Fees that the Resident is subject to, including the cost of Extended Terms. If a hard copy of this Agreement is required by the Manager, the Resident is required to select one of the payment schedule options, by initialing their desired option.
Residency The Buyer is a resident of the jurisdiction set forth immediately below the Buyer’s name on the signature pages hereto.
Residence Community Living Standards The Residence Community Living Standards (“RCLS”) forms a part of this Agreement. It details the rights, responsibilities, and privileges of Residents as well as the residence conduct process. Each Resident is responsible for reading, understanding, and adhering to the terms outlined within the RCLS. The Manager and the Institution may amend the terms of the RCLS from time to time and may post the amendments in the Residence. Failure to abide by the RCLS may result in eviction from Residence and termination of this Agreement as per the violations and sanctions outlined in the RCLS, and as stated in section 8.01(d). Personal Identification Number (PIN) 4.B.2.1. The Bank also provides the Cardholder with a Personal Identification Number (PIN), which is equivalent to the Cardholder’s signature. Although the Cardholder may change the PIN as many times as he wishes by inserting his Card in any ATM of the Bank (or anywhere else that the Bank may announce in the future) and following the instructions displayed on the screen, this number is strictly personal and the Cardholder must memorize it, refrain from recording it on the Card or any other document, even in disguised form, hide the ATM or EFT/POS keyboard when typing the PIN, avoid revealing it or giving it to third parties and generally prevent it from being revealed to any third party. It constitutes gross negligence on the Cardholder’s part to keep the PIN in any readable form. The PIN is produced electronically under strictly controlled security conditions that make its reproduction absolutely impossible and is notified to the Cardholder through one of the means stated in the letter accompanying the Card. The PIN can be used only with the Card for which it was issued.
Office Visit Copayments In each year of the Agreement, the level of the office visit copayment applicable to an employee and dependents is based upon whether the employee has completed the on-line Health Assessment during open enrollment and has agreed to opt-in for health coaching.
Residence The Purchaser’s principal place of business is the office or offices located at the address of the Purchaser set forth on the signature page hereof.
Personal Identification Number We will issue you a Personal Identification Number (PIN) for use with your Card at VISA NET automatic teller machines (ATM’s). These numbers are issued to you for your security purposes. These numbers are confidential and should not e disclosed to third parties. You are responsible for safekeeping your PIN. You agree not to disclose or otherwise make available your PIN to anyone not authorized to sign on your Accounts. To keep your Account secure, please do not write your PIN on your Card or keep it in the same place as your Card.
Residential Use; Pets The bedroom space and apartment may be used solely for private residential purposes and for no other purposes. Resident may not carry on any business or other enterprise from the bedroom space or apartment, nor use any Owner- provided Internet connections for business purposes. Resident may place no signs, placards or other advertisement of any character in the bedroom space or apartment, nor display anything in an apartment or bedroom space that is visible from outside the Property or the apartment. Resident may not store at the Property or connect to a Property electrical outlet any mobility device owned by a third party. Pets are permitted in or about the Property only in specified buildings as Owner may in its discretion allow residents to maintain, in each case only following Owner's signature on a Pet Addendum for a single dog or cat per designated apartment, which requires payment of a registration fee and pet rent as provided in the Pet Addendum. All other pets are prohibited anywhere at the Property, except fish in small tanks to the extent approved by Owner in its sole discretion. Violation of the pet policy will subject Resident to deep-cleaning and daily administration fees in Owner’s discretion and may be considered as a termination of this Housing Agreement by Resident.
National Item Identification Number (NIIN) The number assigned to each approved Item Identification under the Federal Cataloging Program. It consists of nine numeric characters, the first two of which are the National Codification Bureau (NCB) Code. The remaining positions consist of a seven digit non-significant number.
