Residence Requirement. Residence requirements for holding office in any governmental unit shall not apply to any officer appointed to carry out any such agreement.
Residence Requirement. Employees shall be at their place of residence, a medical facility, or their doctor’s office, or shall notify their supervisor of their whereabouts when using sick leave. Any gainful employment, pursuit of personal business, recreation, travel for recreation, or non-sick leave purpose, or other such activity when an employee is on sick leave is considered evidence of abuse of sick leave unless approved in advance in writing by the Sheriff or designee.
Residence Requirement. 9.1 The Employer will determine the boundaries of assigned patrol areas (APAs) and geographic areas; however, the Employer will continue to satisfy its collective bargaining obligations regarding changes to these boundaries.

All fulltime employees hired before November 14, 2009, must reside within a seven (7) mile radius of the City of Delphos. For clarification the point of beginning shall be the intersection of First Street and Main Street (St. Rt. 66). Any fulltime employee hired after the current Civil Service eligibility list expires on November 14, 2009 as a condition of employment, shall be required to live within the city limits. The enforcement of this section will be dependant upon the adjudication outcome of the current Ohio Residency Law (ORC 9.481). If the Ohio Residency Law is upheld, State Law shall be prevail for all bargaining unit members.
Residence Requirement. Section 18.1: Any employee will reside as a condition of employment either in the county where the subdivision is located or in any adjacent county in the state.
Residence Requirement. The University of North Alabama requires all first time, full time freshmen and ESL students to live on campus for up to one academic year. Students first enrolling in the fall are required to live on campus during the fall and spring semesters. Students first enrolling in the spring are required to live on campus during the spring semester. However, if a student withdraws from, but then returns to the University during the same academic year, the student will be required to live on campus the remaining portion of said year. Residence Requirement. All members of the Police Department must reside within an area to be able to respond to emergency conditions within thirty (30) road miles of the Police Station. Any police officer that has not established a residence as stated above prior to the end of his probationary employment shall be rejected as a permanent member of his department and shall subsequently be dismissed.
Residence Requirement. Executive agrees that during his employment with the Company his residence and that of his family will remain in the greater Boston (Massachusetts) area.
