Residence Location. It is agreed that the employees shall keep the CITY informed immediately of any change of their telephone number and mailing address. The CITY shall be deemed to have satisfied all notification requirements under the M.O.U. by attempting to contact the employee through the last address of record.
Residence Location. This lease can be used for any residence: house, apartment, mobile home, etc. If the residence is an apartment then the apartment number and floor should be noted.

If the Purchaser is an individual, the Purchaser resides in the state or province identified in the address of the Purchaser set forth on the signature pages hereof; if the Purchaser is an entity, then the office or offices of the Purchaser in which its investment decision was made is located at the address or addresses of the Purchaser set on such signature pages.
