Residence ID Card/Guest Cards. The Residence ID Card/Dining Plan Card remains the property of Humber Residences and shall be returned upon request or upon termination of occupancy. The Resident shall be responsible for safeguarding the Residence Key Card/Dining Plan Card. Residents will be subject to replacement fees for lost or damaged cards. The Resident agrees not to allow copies to be made of the Residence ID Card or Residence Guest Cards, provided by the Residence Office and understands this is subject to sanctions. Residents are responsible for guests, and are subject to sanctioning if the guests are in possession of a copied Room Key or guest card.

Property left in Residence longer than 48 hours after the Resident has moved out is considered to be abandoned and will be removed at a charge to the Resident. The Residence Office does not accept responsibility for the storage or safekeeping of any property abandoned in Residence and will not compensate for items that have been discarded. Humber Residences are indemnified for any costs, damages or other expenses arising out of, or in any way connected with, the disposal of these items.10.8

  • Cardholder Any person authorized to use a Card by the Card Issuer.

  • Data Location 1.1. The CONTRACTOR shall not store or transfer non-public COUNTY data outside of the United States. This includes backup data and Disaster Recovery locations. The CONTRACTOR will permit its personnel and contractors to access COUNTY data remotely only as required to provide technical support. (Remote access to data from outside the continental United States is prohibited unless approved in advance and in writing by the County.)

  • ATMs You may access your Accounts from BECU’s ATMs and from ATMs and facilities that display the logos shown on your card and from other machines or facilities as we may designate that are part of BECU’s network. You may perform the following transactions at such ATM’s and machines or facilities, depending on the services available at your particular location*:

  • Service Locations X.X. Xxxxxx maintains various operational/service centers and locations through the United States and foreign jurisdictions. The services provided under this Agreement may be provided from one or more such locations. X.X. Xxxxxx may change the operational/service centers and locations as it deems necessary or appropriate for its business concerns.

  • Business Customers These Terms and Conditions apply to business customers only.

  • Service Location and Equipment The AGENCY must request in writing and said request must be approved in writing by the COUNTY’S Manager of the CCC or designee, prior to any change in the dates, times, and locations of services provided in this Contract.
