RESIDENCE DEPOSIT. The Tenant’s Residence Deposit is to be held with the Landlord as a reservation fee prior to move-in. At the end of the Term, or upon early termination of this Lease Agreement the Residence Deposit shall be returned to the Tenant by the Landlord after application of the Residence Deposit toward payment of the cost of cleaning the Premises, the cost of repairing damage which occurred to the Premises during the Term of this Lease Agreement, and/or toward payment of outstanding Rent.
