Reserved Time. The COMMITTEE and the ASSOCIATION agree that during the school day full-time faculty members will have at least twenty-five percent (25%) of their day reserved for the tasks outlined in section 7.2 (a). These tasks will be carried out at a time that is deemed best by the individual faculty member. Faculty members may voluntarily establish schedules that call for more student contact time, and thus less than the twenty-five percent (25%) reserved for said tasks; however, adherence to this limit will not be considered prejudicial in a faculty member’s evaluation.
