Reserve Lines a. Reserve lines shall be constructed with days of reserve periods, days off, and two (2) Golden Days selected by the Flight Attendant. Golden Days must be selected from the published bid line days off and provided to Crew Scheduling within 24 hours of the final bid award.

Reserve Lines a. Reserve lines shall contain no more than six (6) consecutive days of availability, and planned days off arranged in a pattern for the month. There shall be no trips reflected on Reserve lines.
Reserve Lines. Reserve lines will be blank when posted. Reserve lines shall be constructed with reserve days, days off and four (4) Golden Days. Days off shall be grouped in one (1) four-day period and four of the remaining days off shall be grouped in at least two-day periods. A Flight Attendant may bid for Golden Days on the bid sheet and such bids shall be awarded in seniority order, if possible. If the Company is unable to accommodate a Golden Day bid, the four-day off period will be the designated Golden Days.
Reserve Lines. A pilot who is not awarded or assigned a Regular (hard) line, Composite line, or CDO line will be awarded or assigned a Reserve line.
Reserve Lines. A minimum of eleven (11) days free of duty will be Scheduled in every Reserve Line. For each Flight Attendant crew Base that is open for the whole year, the minimum Scheduled Days Off will be increased to twelve (12) for four (4) Bid Periods per year. If Reserves in a Base will be Scheduled with twelve (12) Days Off in a Bid Period, notice will be included in the bid packet for that Bid Period.
Reserve Lines a. Using PBS, a Reserve Flight Attendant will bid for days off and reserve days/shifts.

  • Additional Facilities If the CAISO determines that it requires Operational Control over additional transmission lines and associated facilities not then constituting part of the CAISO Controlled Grid in order to fulfill its responsibilities in relation to the CAISO Controlled Grid then the CAISO shall apply to FERC pursuant to Section 203 of the Federal Power Act, and shall make all other regulatory filings necessary to obtain approval for such change of control and shall serve a copy of all such applications on the affected Participating TO and the owner of such lines and facilities (if other than the Participating TO). In the event that a Party invokes the dispute resolution provisions identified in Section 15 with respect to the transfer of Operational Control over a facility, such facility shall not be transferred while the dispute resolution process is pending except pursuant to Section 4.5.2.

  • Reserve Fund (a) On the Closing Date, the Seller will deposit the Reserve Fund Initial Deposit into the Reserve Fund from the net proceeds of the sale of the Notes. The Reserve Fund shall be the property of the Issuer subject to the rights of the Indenture Trustee in the Reserve Fund Property.
