Common use of Reserve Duty Clause in Contracts

Reserve Duty. ‌ An employee who is regularly a member of an armed services reserve unit and who is called for special duty may be granted special leave of up to thirty (30) days to fulfill such duty. The District will, upon full disclosure by the employee, compensate the employee for the difference in pay, if any, during such a period of leave.
