Common use of Reserve Duty Clause in Contracts

Reserve Duty. A Professional Staff Member who is a member of any reserve component of the armed forces of the United States is entitled to a leave from his/her duties without loss of pay for such time as they are in the military service on field training or active duty for periods not to exceed thirty-one days in any one calendar year. A copy of the service member’s orders must be provided.
