Common use of Reserve Duty Clause in Contracts

Reserve Duty. When an employee who, as a member of one of the reserve components of the Armed Forces, is required to meet his/her annual two week obligation, the employee will be granted military leave. During military leave the employee will receive his/her rate of pay less the amount of compensation, including allowances, received from the military for up to two (2) weeks per year.
