Reserve Duty. The Employee shall continue to receive the salary provided for hereunder during periods of military reserve duty. The Employee hereby assigns and undertakes to pay to the Company any amounts received from the National Insurance Institute as compensation for such reserve duty service.
Reserve Duty. A leave of absence will be granted to reservists for training purposes not to exceed fifteen (15) days per calendar year. Employees shall make application on the Leave of Absence Form to the Human Resources Department and shall enclose a copy of their military order. Leaves for training purposes are granted without loss of pay, but employees are encouraged to make arrangements to take these training periods during winter, spring, or summer recess.
Reserve Duty. When an employee who, as a member of one of the reserve components of the Armed Forces, is required to meet his/her annual two week obligation, the employee will be granted military leave. During military leave the employee will receive his/her rate of pay less the amount of compensation, including allowances, received from the military for up to two (2) weeks per year.
Reserve Duty. The Employee shall be entitled to receive his full Global Salary and other payments while performing reserve duty, provided that any amount received by the Employee from the I.D.F. or any other source (excluding Damei Calcala) is transferred to the Company or, in the alternative, an amount equal to that received from the I.D.F. or any other source is deducted from the Global Salary payable to the Employee.

Reserve Duty. A Professional Staff Member who is a member of any reserve component of the armed forces of the United States is entitled to a leave from his/her duties without loss of pay for such time as they are in the military service on field training or active duty for periods not to exceed thirty-one days in any one calendar year. A copy of the service member’s orders must be provided.
Reserve Duty. Advance payment of salary is allowed to an employee called for Reserve Duty with the understanding that the employee will reimburse the Town the amount paid to him/her for Reserve Duty; such reimbursement amount is not to exceed the amount of advanced pay. The employee must sign an agreement to reimburse the Town the amount of his/her military pay if he/she wishes the Town to provide his regular pay prior to his/her submission of a military pay voucher. Normal payroll deductions and Town contributions for insurance purposes are continued to cover such periods.
Reserve Duty. An employee who is regularly a member of an armed services reserve unit and who is called for special duty may be granted special leave of up to thirty (30) days to fulfill such duty. The District will, upon full disclosure by the employee, compensate the employee for the difference in pay, if any, during such a period of leave.
