Common use of Reserve Account Clause in Contracts

Reserve Account. (a) There shall be established in the name of and maintained with the Indenture Trustee for the benefit of the Noteholders an Eligible Deposit Account known as the Ally Auto Receivables Trust 20[ ]-[ ] Reserve Account (the “Reserve Account”) to include the money and other property deposited and held therein pursuant to this Section 4.07(a) and Section 4.06(c). On the Closing Date, the Depositor shall [cause the purchaser of the Notes to transfer an amount equal to] [deposit] to the Reserve Account [Initial] Deposit in immediately available funds into the Reserve Account. The Reserve Account shall constitute property of the Issuing Entity.
