Reservations System. The Host Committee will make available a computerized, Internet-accessible, citywide system capable of being used for reserving rooms and suites, as well as meeting and function spaces, in all the Convention Hotels including low-cost housing accommodations, allowing guests to register by telephone, fax and on-line; providing the DNCC in-house access to the system in order to monitor the status of reservations. Any modifications required to make any existing computer program useable for these purposes shall be made at the expense of the Host Committee. The Host Committee shall arrange a bid for the selection of a provider of the reservation system.
Reservations System. Management Company will, during the term of this Agreement, maintain, manage and administer, or cause to be maintained, managed and administered by a Marriott Affiliate, a national reservations system for the benefit of all hotels in the Fairfield Inn system. Such reservations system shall be comparable to the current national reservations service and shall be accessible from the Marriott full-service hotel reservations system. Costs and expenses incurred in the provision of such reservations system (net of all amounts paid with respect to the reservations system by other owners of Fairfield Inns such as franchisees, on a basis other than relative number of reservations) shall be allocated on the basis of relative number of reservations among all Fairfield Inn properties in the Fairfield Inn system. Reservations System. Licensor has implemented a reservations system for the transmission and receipt of reservation requests among all Signature Inns. Licensor shall make such reservations system available to Licensee upon the terms set forth in Section 5.2 hereof.
Reservations System. At Space Charterers' option, Owners shall provide Space Charterers with access to Owners' computer reservations system at no charge and shall permit Space Charterers to book reservations through such system. Space Charterers shall bear the costs of installing and maintaining the link to such reservations system and the associated telephone lines in Space Charterers' offices.
Reservations System. We reserve the right to require you to use an online reservations system for scheduling appointments (“Reservations System”). We may require you to pay us a monthly service fee to maintain the Reservations System, unless we waive the requirement for you to participate. If the Reservations System is implemented, we reserve the right to modify or disband it at any time. We will refer Leads generated from the Reservations System to you as described in Section 6.10.
Reservations System. Licensee acknowledges that Licensor has developed a mandatory proprietary central reservations system for use as an integral component of the Transportation System, and that the central reservations system includes custom-designed and specially modified Software. Licensee acknowledges that the principal purpose of the license granted hereby is to operate the Transportation System and provide services to the general public under the Trademarks identifying the source of such services, and that maintaining the distinctive quality and uniformity of such services is central to the reputation, goodwill and value of the Transportation System.
