Common use of Reservation and Availability of Capital Stock Clause in Contracts

Reservation and Availability of Capital Stock. (a) Subject to Sections 7(e) and 9(f) hereof, the Company shall cause to be reserved and kept available out of its authorized and unissued equity securities (or out of its authorized and issued equity securities held in its treasury), the number of such equity securities that will from time to time be sufficient to permit the exercise in full of all outstanding Rights.
