Research Projects. 1.1 CERES and NOBLE anticipate that from time to time they may undertake and conduct certain joint and collaborative research projects (individually a “RESEARCH PROJECT” and collectively “RESEARCH PROJECTS”). The parties acknowledge and agree that the RESEARCH PROJECTS will involve the contributions, whether financial or otherwise, of both parties. The specific terms and respective obligations of the parties for each RESEARCH PROJECT will be negotiated by the parties and reflected in a schedule (“SCHEDULE”) signed by authorized representatives of both parties. Any such fully executed SCHEDULE shall become a part of this Agreement and subject to the terms of this Agreement. Each party shall diligently perform its activities in any given RESEARCH PROJECT.
Research Projects. Teachers wishing to initiate special research projects involving students or student records shall submit a detailed description of the proposed project to the Superintendent for approval. The Superintendent shall inform the FEDERATION of any proposed research project involving members of the teaching staff and shall afford the FEDERATION the opportunity to discuss the details of the proposed project before final approval is given.
Research Projects. A. With the approval of the department, a Unit 17 employee may use State facilities for the purpose of conducting research when the employee is pursuing continuing education credits, is involved in a personal research project, or other departmentally approved training. The use of State facilities shall not result in increased costs to the State nor shall the rights of clients, patients, inmates, wards, or students be compromised.
Research Projects. Faculty members are eligible to receive two months each year for conducting a research project if the faculty member gives the Department Head with a copy to the Vice-President (Academic) at least two (2) months’ notice of intention, in writing, to carry out a specific research project. Upon approval of the written research proposal by the Department Head the University shall provide the faculty member with two clear months within which to carry out the said research project. The faculty member shall, within a reasonable time period following the research project, provide the Department Head with a copy to the Vice-President (Academic), a report of the activities undertaken and results obtained.
Research Projects. Before a Faculty member undertakes a research project with workload credit, he/she and the Chair will agree in writing that at least 6 academic course hours per the academic year will be allowed for the task.
Research Projects. Any student research project or survey which involves the Agency, its staff or clients will require the prior approval of the Agency and the appropriate Curtin ethics committee.
Research Projects. (a) The Affiliate Investigator may submit a Proposed Research Project via the GPC request management system to the DROC for review. The Proposed Research Project will include, at a minimum: a list of requested GPC Parties; a detailed protocol; documentation of IRB approval and waiver, if necessary, if the protocol design so requires (IRB approval will not be required for Research Projects requesting only De-identified Information); and the identity of any other entities supporting the Research Project, whether by funding, study drug support, or otherwise and the amount of such support.
Research Projects. (i) The Data Requestor may submit a Proposed Research Project via a request management system to be determined and configured by GPC Administrative Site to the DROC for review in accordance with Section 4.01. The Proposed Research Project will include, at a minimum: a list of Requested Participants; a detailed protocol; documentation of IRB approval and waiver, if necessary, if the protocol design so requires (IRB approval will not be required for Research Projects requesting only De-identified Information); and the identity of any other entities supporting the Research Project, whether by funding, study drug support, or otherwise and the amount of such support.
Research Projects. The Research Program shall be implemented through the conduct of up to twelve (12) separate Research Projects, each of which will involve an individual Program Target, as described in this Article 3, and each of which will be subject to a separate Annual Research Plan, as described in Section 3.4.
Research Projects. Efforts will be made to share information about research activities and to promote Inclusive Education for the persons with disabilities and exceptional traits in order to establish contacts and collaboration between professionals working in the areas of General, Adapted Physical Education and Yoga.
