Research and Copying Fees. We may charge you $25.00 per hour (minimum $5.00) of research required if you request copies of any items or documents related to your Account. There is a $2.00 charge for each statement copy you request and $12.00 per copy for any transaction documents you request. If the request relates to a billing error and we determine that a billing error was made, any copying charges will be refunded.

Related to Research and Copying Fees

  • Licensing Fees An employee whose job specification requires a professional license or certification as a condition of employment and who uses such license for State business shall be reimbursed for the cost of such license or certification.

  • Education Reimbursement The County will provide education reimbursement for education costs incurred by regular employees who apply for such reimbursement in accordance with the policies and procedures governing the education reimbursement program. The maximum reimbursement shall be $1,500 per year.

  • Educational Reimbursement SECTION 1.   • Professional Development Reimbursement Management will provide reimbursement for approved professional development expenses for Lieutenants and Sergeants. Funds may be used for the purpose of improving job performance, maintaining and increasing proficiency, preparing Lieutenants and Sergeants for greater responsibility, or increasing promotional opportunities. Management must approve of the specific professional development request in advance. Denial will require written notification to the requesting Lieutenant or Sergeant.

  • Program Costs 3.1 The Province will pay the University of British Columbia’s Faculty of Medicine for the costs of the Participant’s Postgraduate Medical Education. Annually, the cost to the Province to fund the Participant’s Postgraduate Medical Education is approximately $150,000, including the Participant’s salary and benefits.

  • Meal Reimbursement 1. If an employee is required to work one and one-half (1-1/2) hours before or beyond his/her normal working day or on overtime for emergency purposes or for extended work periods of five (5) or more hours in length on a day that is not the employee’s regular work day, and the employee is not exercising flexible work hours, the employee shall be reimbursed for the actual cost of a meal/food items not to exceed $18.00, plus tip (not to exceed 15%) and applicable taxes. Reimbursement is contingent upon the employee providing receipts.
