Rescheduling Vacation. Vacations will be rescheduled during the vacation year as follows:
Rescheduling Vacation. Subject to Management approval, any employee shall be permitted to re-schedule his/her vacation if it does not interfere with vacations already scheduled by other employees. Such approval shall not be unreasonably denied.
Rescheduling Vacation. Any employee who is requested to work days that were previously scheduled for vacation by his supervisor will be permitted to reschedule affected days to a later date. The Superintendent may allow the employee to reschedule additional vacation days that were interrupted. Alternately, if an employee is unable to reschedule vacation days that were interrupted, the employee may convert to cash the vacation days interrupted.
Rescheduling Vacation. (a) If an employee is permanently transferred, assigned, or reassigned to a different administrative work group covered under this Agreement as a result of a Company initiated transfer, assignment or reassignment, then to the extent that needs of the business permit, the employee will retain the vacation schedule that was approved in the prior administrative work group.
Rescheduling Vacation. Once vacations are scheduled and approved, they may not be changed, except by mutual agreement between the supervisor and the affected unit member.
