Common use of Resale Restrictions Clause in Contracts

Resale Restrictions. The Subscriber understands and acknowledges that the Units will be subject to certain resale restrictions under applicable Securities Laws and the Subscriber agrees to comply with such restrictions. The Subscriber also acknowledges that it has been advised to consult its own legal advisors with respect to all aspects of the Subscriber’s investment in the Units pursuant to the Offering, including applicable resale restrictions, and that it is solely responsible (and neither the REIT nor its representatives are in any manner responsible) for complying with such restrictions.
