Resale Agreement. The Cisco Indirect Channel Partner Agreement (ICPA), the Cisco Systems Integrator Agreement (SIA), or another similar Cisco agreement that authorizes the resale of Cisco Products and Services only to Customers
Resale Agreement. Owner will observe and perform all of the covenants and agreements of the Resale Agreement.
Resale Agreement. The Resale Agreement would be effective as of the close of escrow. The Resale Agreement would impose resale restrictions on the owner of each unit, including a requirement that the unit be sold, at a restricted sales price, only to SCH, for resale to low-income persons or families, or (ii) immediate family members of the owner who and qualify as low-income persons or families. The maximum sales price for each unit would be the lesser of the market value or a sales price determined pursuant to a formula set forth in the Resale Agreement. The Resale Agreement contemplates that as a result of the Project, the fair market value of the mobile home units at the Park will significantly increase. As a result, the Resale Agreement ensures that owners do not receive a windfall profit resulting the Agency’s investment in the Project, yet ensures that the owners receive a fair market return and the Agency’s purpose that the Park continues to be available to low income persons at an affordable housing cost, in accordance with the California Redevelopment Law (Health and Safety Code 33000 et seq.). Appropriate documentation evidencing the existence of each Resale Agreement would be filed with the California Department of Housing and Community Development, and with the California Secretary of State. As a condition to the close of escrow, the DDA requires that SCH shall have entered into a New Lease and a Resale Agreement (to be effective as of the closing date) with each current owner of a mobile home unit at the Park.
Resale Agreement. For purposes of Section 7.2(f) of the Securities Purchase Agreement only, the term "Related Agreements" shall exclude the Resale Agreement, which shall not be executed on the date hereof, but rather shall be executed and delivered in accordance with the provisions contained in Section 8.11 of the Stockholders' Agreement.

Resale Agreement. Defines the sales contract for reselling the Usage Licenses purchased by the Reseller from the Licensor to the User.
Resale Agreement. Superholdings and its subsidiaries and the Members or an entity controlled by them will use their reasonable best good faith efforts to enter into a resale agreement (the "Resale Agreement") reasonably acceptable to Superholdings and its subsidiaries permitting the Members or their controlled entities to buy air time at a discount for resale on a basis no less favorable than any other similar agreement Superholdings may have; provided, however, that the failure to enter into any Resale Agreement, for any reason, shall not be a breach of this Agreement.
