If BellSouth has plans to use the fiber within a two –year planning period, there is no requirement to provide said fiber to <<customer_name>>.

If BellSouth has plans to use the fiber within a two –two-year planning period, there is no requirement to provide said fiber to <<customer_name>>ITC^DeltaCom.

Requirements. 2.11.2.1 6.5.3.1 BellSouth shall make available Dark Fiber where it exists in BellSouth’s network and where, as a result of future building or deployment, it becomes available. If BellSouth has plans to use the fiber within a two –two-year planning period, there is no requirement to provide said fiber to <<customer_name>>IDS Long Distance.

Requirements. 2.11.2.1 BellSouth shall make available Dark Fiber where it exists in BellSouth’s network and where, as a result of future building or deployment, it becomes available. If BellSouth has plans to use the fiber within a two –year planning period, there is no requirement to provide said fiber to <<customer_name>>Choctaw.

If BellSouth has plans to use the fiber within a two –year planning period, there is no requirement to provide said fiber to <<customer_name>>NAS.

If BellSouth has plans to use the fiber within a two –year planning period, there is no requirement to provide said fiber to <<customer_name>>Pointecom.

If BellSouth has plans to use the fiber within a two –year planning period, there is no requirement to provide said fiber to <<customer_name>>LS-One.

If BellSouth has plans to use the fiber within a two –year planning period, there is no requirement to provide said fiber to <<customer_name>>NA Communications.

If BellSouth has plans to use the fiber within a two –two-year planning period, there is no requirement to provide said fiber to <<customer_name>>.Communication Services Integrated, Inc..

If BellSouth has plans to use the fiber within a two two–year planning period, there is no requirement to provide said fiber to <<customer_name>>Lightyear.

If BellSouth has plans to use the fiber within a two –two-year planning period, there is no requirement to provide said fiber to <<customer_name>>Connect!.

Requirements. 2.11.2.1 BellSouth shall make available Dark Fiber where it exists in BellSouth’s network and where, as a result of future building or deployment, it becomes available. If BellSouth has plans to use the fiber within a two –year planning period, there is no requirement to provide said fiber to <<customer_name>>CCI.

If BellSouth has plans to use the fiber within a two –year planning period, there is no requirement to provide said fiber to <<customer_name>>.NTERA, INC..

Requirements. 2.11.2.1 10.6.3.1 BellSouth shall make available Dark Fiber where it exists in BellSouth’s 's network and where, as a result of future building or deployment, it becomes available. If BellSouth has plans to use the fiber within a two –two-year planning period, there is no requirement to provide said fiber to <<customer_name>>ITC/\DeltaCom.

If BellSouth has bona fide plans to use the fiber within a two –year planning period, there is no requirement to provide said fiber to <<customer_name>>NewSouth. BellSouth shall provide access to Dark Fiber at any technically feasible point.

If BellSouth has plans to use the fiber within a two –year planning period, there is no requirement to provide said fiber to <<customer_name>>Pilgrim.

If BellSouth has plans to use the fiber within a two –two-year planning period, there is no requirement to provide said fiber to <<customer_name>>Navigator.

If BellSouth has plans to use the fiber within a two –year planning period, there is no requirement to provide said fiber to <<customer_name>>Sail NetWorks.

Requirements. 2.11.2.1 2.7.2.1 BellSouth shall make available Dark Fiber where it exists in BellSouth’s network and where, as a result of future building or deployment, it becomes available. If BellSouth has plans to use the fiber within a two –year planning period, there is no requirement to provide said fiber to <<customer_name>>Access One.

If BellSouth has plans to use the fiber within a two –year planning period, there is no requirement to provide said fiber to <<customer_name>>Xxxx Communications.

If BellSouth has plans to use the fiber within a two –year planning period, there is no requirement to provide said fiber to <<customer_name>>Alliance.

If BellSouth has plans to use the fiber within a two –year planning period, there is no requirement to provide said fiber to <<customer_name>>.1-800 RECONEX, Inc..

If BellSouth has plans to use the fiber within a two two–year planning period, there is no requirement to provide said fiber to <<customer_name>>MRC.

If BellSouth has plans to use the fiber within a two –year planning period, there is no requirement to provide said fiber to <<customer_name>>Broadslate.

If BellSouth shall make available Dark Fiber on a first-come, first-served basis, unless BellSouth has specific documented plans to use the with a scheduled completion date, then such fiber within a two –year planning period, there is no requirement to provide said fiber to <<customer_name>>will be deemed unavailable.
