Requirements of Insurance. If the Collateral Agent during purchases insurance for the continuance Collateral, as set forth above, the Borrower will be responsible for the costs of such Event that insurance, including interest and any other charges that may be imposed with the placement of Defaultthe insurance, until the effective date of the cancellation or expiration of the insurance and the costs of the insurance may be added to the principal amount of the Loans owing hereunder.

(A) Use commercially reasonable efforts to cause, not later than 30 days after the Restatement Effective Closing Date (or such longer period as the Required Lenders Administrative Agent may agree in writing in their reasonable its discretion), all insurance required pursuant to Section ‎Section 6.07(a) and (d) (x) to provide (and to continue to provide at all times thereafter) that it shall not be canceled, materially modified or not renewed (i) by reason of nonpayment of premium upon not less than 10 days’ prior written notice thereof by the insurer to the Administrative Agent and the Collateral Agent (giving the Administrative Agent and the Collateral Agent the right to cure defaults in the payment of premiums) or (ii) for any other reason upon not less than 20 30 days’ prior written notice thereof by the insurer to the Administrative Agent and the Collateral Agent (the Borrower shall deliver a copy of the policy (and to the extent any such policy is cancelled or renewed, a renewal or replacement policy) or other evidence thereof to the Administrative Agent and the Collateral Agent, or insurance certificate with respect thereto) and (y) subject to the terms, conditions and provisions of the ABL Intercreditor Agreement to name the Collateral Agent as additional insured on behalf of the Secured Parties (in the case of liability insurance) or loss payee (in the case of property insurance), as applicable (and to continue to so name the Collateral Agent at all times thereafter), ) and (B) use commercially reasonable efforts to deliver, not later than 30 days after the Restatement Effective Date (or such longer period as the Administrative Agent, with the consent of the Required Lenders, may agree in writing in its reasonable discretion), a copy of the policy (and to the extent any such policy is cancelled or not renewed, a renewal or replacement policy) or other evidence thereof to the Administrative Agent and the Collateral Agent, or insurance certificate with respect thereto, and (C) in the case of all property such property, casualty and business interruption insurance policies located in the United States, not later than 30 days after the Restatement Effective Closing Date (or such longer period as the Administrative Agent may agree in writing in its reasonable discretion) cause such policies to be endorsed or otherwise amended to include a “standard” or “New York” lender’s loss payable endorsement, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent and the Collateral Agent, which endorsement shall provide that, from and after such datethe 121 Closing Date, if the insurance carrier shall have received written notice from the Administrative Agent or the Collateral Agent of the occurrence of an Event of Default, the insurance carrier shall pay all proceeds otherwise payable to the Borrower or the Loan Parties under such policies directly to the Collateral Agent; cause all such policies to provide that neither the Borrower, the Collateral Agent, the Administrative Agent during nor any other party shall be a coinsurer thereunder and to contain a “Replacement Cost Endorsement,” without any deduction for depreciation, and such other provisions as the continuance Administrative Agent or the Collateral Agent may reasonably (in light of such Event a Default or a material development in respect of Defaultthe insured Mortgaged Property) require from time to time to protect their interests.
