Requirements in Working Conditions. The Supplier is obliged to maintain a properly equipped first-aid kit in the work area and for each worksite, for first aid care for its workers. Additionally, when required by local legislation or by ENEL, it must maintain Medical and Ambulance Services at the site. The Supplier shall supply, install and maintain on its own account all types of signs, lights and xxxxxxx necessary for the protection of workers and public safety.
