REQUIREMENTS FOR SUBMISSION OF DOCUMENTS. A. Generally, documents shall be provided with an electronic file submitted in the current site standards. Clean originals of all figures, tables, or other graphics not contained in the text file shall also be provided and separate files submitted. Submittals shall be provided in electronic format unless available only as a hard copy. Electronic formats must be non-password protected in one of the following formats • Microsoft® Office Compatible • Moving Picture Expert Group (MPEG) • Portable Document Format (PDF) • Extensible Markup Language (XML) • Tagged Image File Format (TIFF) • HyperText Markup Language (HTML) • Graphics Interchange Format (GIF) • Comma Separated Values (CSV) • Joint Photographic Experts Group (JPEG) • Text (TXT) • Windows Media Video (WMV) • AutoCAD (DWG)

  • SUBMISSION OF DOCUMENTS 3.0 There shall be two part bidding system for this tender The parties should submit their tenders in two separate sealed envelopes marked I and II. These envelopes are to be put up in an outer main envelope. Envelops I and II should contain the following;-

  • Incorporation of Documents The documents listed below in this Section IID are hereby incorporated by reference and fully made a part of the Contract. This Contract and the incorporated documents describe the subject of the Procurement, the particulars of its performance, the process and time for payment, and the rights and remedies of the parties (collectively, “the terms”).   • Reproduction of Documents This Agreement and all schedules, exhibits, attachments and amendments hereto may be reproduced by any photographic, photostatic, microfilm, micro-card, miniature photographic or other similar process. The parties hereto each agree that any such reproduction shall be admissible in evidence as the original itself in any judicial or administrative proceeding, whether or not the original is in existence and whether or not such reproduction was made by a party in the regular course of business, and that any enlargement, facsimile or further reproduction shall likewise be admissible in evidence.
